It is to inform that I want to cancel the course offered to me last saturday [ 20.08.22 ] for my son and want to cancel all related processes with immediate effect
- Same cancellation info. was given on Sunday 21.08.22 to Byjus counsellor Mr. Sumit (through a phone call followed by whatsapp message) who had explained the same to me, that I don't want to go with the course offered on Saturday and don't want to go for free trial class also this time.
I have received the payment receipt today only, so proceed to formal email communication, As I experienced a totally different feedback & treatment from Byjus company this time.
Based on his verbal explanation about a bright future for my son, I had initiated payment from my credit cards ( HDFC bank [protected] ) for Rs 85, 000 dated 20.08.22 at time 2.44 PM ( On 24 month no cost EMI basis ) - Done to Think & Learn P Ltd, through Byjus Shopse ref : BYJSSE[protected] [ receipt is attached ]
SO CANCEL AND SEND CONFIRMATION TO MYSELF AND HDFC BANK ALSO FOR REVERSAL OF FUND.
This cancellation decision is due to the following reasons
1.On last Sunday fortunately we met one of our old neighbours at a common friend's function and received very negative feedback about BYjus Live classes & finance team threatening customers. [ their son was taken Byjus Live classes and they had bad experience about class and from Byjus finance team )
-The negative tone was joined by Other available members and similar type complaints are available on the website itself.
- So that incident damage the image of BYjus & immediately we have decided to cancel and I had informed to Sumit to cancel the course and process for return/refund of fee. Was this information helpful? |
