We enroll our ward for three years course of BYJU's on Sunday i.e. 11/09/2022 at night and due to family medical emergency we dropped the plan and informed the same to BYJU'S through their mail id ([protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com and customer care number [protected]), .we didn't received any acknowledgement from them regarding order cancellation and payment refund. Everytime we call them, executive states that they will arrange call back from senior authority, I didn't received such call, once I get call back from executive only he also said that will arrange call back soon.
Within 3 days BYJU's harassed a lot to us they don't give proper reply, counsellor cum sales executive disappeared after payment, he didn't respond to our calls.
Being middle class family we are shocked and frustrated as we pay total Rs. 52000/- (Rs.5000/- by Gpay and Rs.47000/- by Credit Card which will be later converted into EMI) Due to medical emergency in family we couldn't afford the course expenses, so we cancel the plan immediately by thinking that if order gets cancelled at initial stage it will be easy to get payment refund but all in vein.
After stating complete story to customer care they didn't show courtesy to acknowledge us.
