For the last two weeks I am communicating with the counsellor in Muscat to get my materials, he keeps on promising to update me tomorrow. For him tomorrow means the next day again tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.
The school have been started three weeks before but still I am struggling to get the materials.
At the time of registration last year, the counsellor promised me that the the full amount was 10th, 11th and 12th materials and also "Online" classes. Even when I see the receipt, it was mentioned like

By seeing that, I thought that presently you have given only for 10th online classes schedule and when next year comes you will send the 11th grade online classes schedule. But now the counsellor called me and saying that you have to pay additionally 305 rials to attend 11th and 12th online classes.
And also he said that "last year Byjus online classes are not efficient and that's why we brought Aakash online classes". In between the conversation, he disconnected his call. It is not the correct way to deal with the paid customers.
Really I am totally fed up with your service and I have not expected this kind of false information from such high expected organization.
Each and every "Rial" what we earned here is hard coming money leaving everything in India.
Still we are agreed to pay such huge amount means to take care of our kids future but we did not get any benefit for the money.
I hope you will understand my situation.
