Byju's — paid money for 11th & 12th tab based jee program, two weeks back, yet to rcve sd card & activation

I have purchased the online tab based course for 11th the and 12th together (JEE), paid the money, almost two weeks back.
I was told that the SD Card will be send in 3 or 4 days and after receiving the SD card, activation will be done immediately.

Now I am not able to connect with the sales person, he is not picking the phone and no updates on the product (SD card and activation),
