The company has very poor service. My daughter is in 9th and they sent SD card for 10th. Even after 100s of calls, this issue is not resolved. They dont respond to the emails, calls come after 48 hours . It is only a missed call, then you have to calla again and wait for 48 hours. This cycle repeats. Fed up!! How frustrating can it be!!
I have requested many times to change the mentor Hina Mattoo, I don’t want her anymore handling my calls . Please assign other mentor immediately.
She is worthless women, keeps lying . Many times I told my daughter is in 9th, your systems shows 10th.
I was sent SD card of class 10th, I asked it to be returned and send for 9th, I was told it is in high priority, but today the support staff said priority is in medium.
I am fed up with her. She is a brainless women, She is also too lazy to reply to my emails.
