Hello Byju's,

you guys have taken benefit of Corona time and have extorted money from poor guys. Just cancel and send the confirmation to me and the bank.
Your representatives (Byju's Counsellor Anish Singh[protected] forcefully stayed in my house from 4 pm until midnight to get the application signed forcefully by us.
He said do not close the study during first 15 days and there after he disappeared.
Now, Bank is calling me 4 times each day to recover money. If something happens to us, you guys will be responsible and blamed.

Hello Customer Support Team,

You guys are harassing us. Do you prefer legal solution or mutual
agreement? Do you have alternative contact to get timely answer?

Your service stopped right after 15th day of program start. We do not want
your service. Your local contact is not picking up the phone. You guys
don't reply to emails and without providing service, trying to invoice/
charge monthly amount from bank account. This is day light robbery.
