I have ordered a course for my niece and requested for refund since I was not satisfied with the quality. Have raised a cancellation request on 01-July-22 within 15 days as per their policy and have been following them for more than a month. BJJUs is literally trying to fool around the customer by not responding and apparently they would deduct the EMI.
Cut to the chase, one of the senior manager responded through email and spoken to us but to convince to take up the course or we would end up paying the price for BYJUs tablet & 1st month EMI would be deducted. However the above terms were not mentioned while we purchased the course.
BYJUs can earn in many ways rather than looting the customers.
