I had purchased Byju Tablet learning program (IAS). My tablet was dispatched to me on 23/04/2023. However due to some untoward personal issues, I had planned to cancel it and eventually I informed the team as well on 27/04/2023. They told me that I will get a response with 48 hrs. However, I didn't get any response. So I called them again after 3 days. Again they told me that I will get a call with 24 hrs. And still there was no response. After tirelessly contacting for a week, and getting the same response, finally they gave me a call back on 04/05/2023. They asked me why I was cancelling the same and then they told me to wait. After that they gave me a call on 11/05/2023 after multiple followups. They told me that you will be notified within 24 hours. Till date I am calling customer care and cancellation team everyday and they give me the same response that you will get a call within 24 hours and I have not received any call. I have also not recived any books. Also my 2 months EMI has been cut, although I had registered for full refund with 15 days of delivery of tablet.
I have invested 72, 000 for this program and I had informed within 15 days of delivery of the tablet to doorstep. So I request a full refund.
I am totally frustrated with the system of Byju and request you to help me or else I will have to take a harsh step of informing the consumer forum for fraud of money Was this information helpful? |
