Hi complaint resolution team, I have taken the two teacher package for Grade 9 and 10 for my daughter from dinesh.[protected]@byjus.com on 12th Jul 2022. My subscription was not activated, communication stopped from Dinesh and till date I have neither received the activation mail/call nor received any information about the status. Its more than a week that I have requested for a cancellation and still no confirmation or communication regarding the same. It was internally forwarded to Ashish Anand and Mr. Gandhi but no further action was taken.
May I request someone to look into matter and refund my money at the earliest. Thanks.
