Byjus representative came to home for product info and they told refund policy is 30 days, and handshake will be from both sides and after confirmation from customer they will start emi but when i called byjus before 15 days for cancellations and i wrote mail to byjus on 19-20 days for refund then all representative, mentor called me and there is no handshake from both the side. Emi started and i asked then for refund but they are not ready. They are cheating to people.

Updated by Vinod Kokane Bjyus Representative are saying different and doing differently, not providing acknowledge once form filled up. Mentor not doing handshake with parents course confirmation . They are doing late to customer so that refund policy lapse and EMI will start.i request them we are common people but they cheat the people's.
