I got this mail
The Refund has been cancelled due to less amount transferred from BYJUS, we got a cancellation request of ₹ 62021.13 but the amount was transferred to ShopSe ₹ 58321.13, hence this was canceled.
Please connect with Byjus to reinitiate the refund with correct amount.
from Shopse regarding my refund which has been pending for the last 3 months.. and I am chasing both Byju’s as well as Shopse for the same. Although you had already transferred the same with Shopse of Rs. 58321.13 But the advice given from your end was for Rs. 62021.13 difference between the amount is due to cash Back which is already credited into my account at the time of payment and I am confirming the same. Now, I am requesting you to please make new advice for a refund with the correct amount i.e Rs 58321.13 so that I can get my refund into my account from Shopse.
Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated. As you know I have been trying to resolve this issue for the last three months and now it has become a headache for us.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
