I bought a course on 26 December and the product got delivered on 3rd January approximately. According to their refund policy I was suppose it to get full refund if I cancel the same course before 14 days of the delivery date of product. And I did cancel on January 10 and finally it got officially accepted as you can see in the attached documents. I was told that on January 11 the refund has been initiated but since then I have no such update or credit balance in my back account. Although I got the loan cancellation mail but the down payment of[protected]+3000) rupees which I have done has still not been refunded to me.
Now they are giving lame excuse to return the device so that they will refund me but for that I have seen many cases on the Twitter where the customers have sent the device and sent them courier tracking details of same also but still they have not refunded them. Although I talk to some senior manager from there team and she assured me that in a few days I will be getting the refund reference details like transaction details and all then after I am supposed to send them the device.
