Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Akshara's parent. My kid had been Byjus student for 4th and 5th grade, we did not find Byjus useful. My daughter's grades had come down very badly. We had decided not to buy Byjus again. But Byjus representative promised that a different method will be used for 6th grade which will improve my kid's grades. But my kid's grades have come down again. My daughter is not finding Byjus beneficial for her studies. Hence please stop my Byjus subscription immediately.
I had contacted Mr.Karan, the head of Byjus Tuition Centre, HSR on Saturday 19/11/2022. He informed me that I will be charged till December 3rd week if I cancel subscription now whether I take the services or not. He wants to convince my kid to attend Byjus classes. But my kid is not willing to attend any more classes since Byjus is not helpful in her studies. I agree, whatever charges applicable till December 3rd week to be deducted and refund remaining amount and since stop EMI deduction from my account.
I bought Byjus in July 2022
