I have taken live classes for BYJU's and think and learn premium content app too. My child didn't attend live classes and within 15 days we called to cancel the product. This is from Feb 2022 till Jul 29 2022 the issue is not resolved. No proper response and careless staff attitude from BYJU customer support.
Instead of refund I requested to extend Think and Learn premium content app for 3 more grades which they agreed, and till now they didn't even do that as well. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
