Rohan Shet (rohan.[protected]@byjus.com) visited my home at 07:45PM on July 23, 2022 and wasn't leaving till I make the payment. So I made initial payment at 10:30 then he left. He assured it will be refunded if I cancel at any time. Once he left I checked about it online and I didnt like it so requested for cancellation immediately. Since then I am struggling between Customer care, support team, cancellation team, Rohan and his manager Arjun (arjun.[protected]@byjus.com). Rohan and Arjun wasn't responding to my calls or texts. Today Arjun answered my call and blamed me for making the payment rather providing status on request request. Support Team, Cancellation team is not responding to my emails, Every time I call Customer care, they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs. Was this information helpful? |
