I purchased a product from byjus last month.As per policy the request of cancellation should be raised within 15 days of receiving the materials and tab.
As my daughter did not like the online course i raised a cancellation request to byjus within 8 days
inspite of repeated calls and mails still the cancellation has not happened
my first EMI got deducted from my bank account
i got to know from many other parents also that they cheat everyone this way.i have all the proof.please do the needful at the earliest.hope justice still exists Was this information helpful? |
