Cancellation of Byjus product SO-[protected] which we purchased for our daughter Aditi Parihar.
As discussed I have spoken to your customer care number of times including Senior Manager Mohini of your Bengaluru Office for cancellation of my subscription within 15 days of your product delivery. Accordingly based on my complaint for cancellation Request ID: 37553062 was generated.
Byju has confirmed initiation of refund and confirmed bank details by transferring Rs1 to my account on 07/09/2022, they assured Rs.67205/- they will transfer within 10-15 days… till now I have not received any amount from their side.
Helpline is of no use as every executive keeps telling he can’t do anything.
