For my sister's son Divyansh Kaushal, I bought a one-year course from Byjus in the month of April 11 2023. During registration, they took Rs 10, 000 and then signed me up for monthly EMIs, which I found objectionable, but there was no other way to pay, and they assured me that if I withdrew, they would immediately cancel the loan.Due to a health concern, Divyansh was in on April 11th but only spent three days in coaching. I wish to cancel the admission and loan since Miss Kamini Suman did not provide adequate information regarding the 14-day cancellation policy. We made every effort to get in touch with Miss Kamini to revoke the admission, but we were unsuccessful. Please help me regarding this matter.
