Sir I've been calling and mailing in byjus from last several days with regard to my cancellation matter of classes but neither I received any call nor satisfactory mail from your team. I had even sent all documents which I was asked for by your team and then I received one mail that I'll be receiving one call within 24 hrs but still didn't receive any .
