Byjus — Regarding cancellation the upsc tablet course

I am Nishant Srivastava from Varanasi and took a byjus upsc tab course in September 2022 on emi and paid 5000 but now a days I have no job at all and my father has not been receiving his salary for 8 months.
But Byjus team is not taking their course back after 2 months
