Byjus — Regarding for misguided by sales person and didn't send invoice. | |||
As above cited subject, I have purchased byjus course for my son Dikshant Singh class 3 offline and class 4 to 7 online course by Mansoon mangal (Senior education counselor email id mansson.[protected]@byjus.com) [protected] on dated 2nd September 2021 at my home. I have paid 1lkah 1 thousand rupees for this course. Mansoon mangal ji committed about this course. But after payment he didn't pick my call till date also didn't send invoice. I have call many time but he didn't received my call. Then I call to coustmercare, coustmercare say you have purchased course for 2 child. But I have only 1 child why I will purchased course for 2 child. After many communication your sr. Manager Ma'am committed for resolve this problem also give detail for online class and invoice but problem still pending. I have not received any mail till date. Now mentor say you have purchased course offline for 2 children. If I have purchased course for 2 child then give detail for 2nd child. This mistake by your sales person it's not my mistake.
