I call many times to call the byjus helpline number like customer helpline number, Cancellation & refund department number and mentor helpline number.
I have call more than 20+ times.But I have get only one answer that "we unable to find your Order details and wait for call of concerned department.I have set up your issue on priority basis. you will get callback in 24-48 hour".But never any single call comeback from that side.
I also send many mails regarding my issue but no satisfactory answer.Only answer I get that "Concerned department will call back in 24-48 Hour".
My issue:-
I purchased the course from byjus counselor name as a sibling course for me and my sister.

Course details:- Class 9 to12 Class 11 to12 PCM
During purchased time Counselor told that If after giving class 10 she wanted to take Bio. Then we will provide you Bio course in exchange but by default, we are sending a math course right now.
As I tried my many time to contact with your helpline number but I wasn't able to reach you .Always when I call they telling that you will get callback in 15 minutes or 24-48 hour. But I not received any callback. I since tried over 30+ call in recent days.
So, I request you to please go through my Issue and please send our bio Course SD card ASAP. Now CBSE class 10 exams are also over so now new classes of 11 are opening next week.
