I enrolled my son (Yuvraj Shrivastava - 1st)for this classes on 13th of October
I would like to cancel it as I did not consider my financial situation.
I called the customer care on the same day they said our senior will call
regarding cancellation and how my money will get refunded.
They called and without listening my concern their manager cut the call.
And you guys have 24hours cancellation policy which is completely waste.Because it's been 4 days and it not got cancelled.
I did not recieve any call regarding this and it's a big amount i am
attaching the files.
Please refund my money as soon as possible because i made the payment in 5 mins and for cancellation i am facing so many problems. Why i dont have the authority to cancel it. I dont understand constantly calling executives so that my problem can get resolved but no response from your side.
Its written on your site We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
And I did exactly the same thing
Still I am not getting my refund.
I would like to take legal action regarding this as 62000 is a vey big amount.. Was this information helpful? |
