Byju's — Regarding no response for online classes

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind information that I have taken the BYJUs course for my son (Aarav Kumar Sahu) for 3rd, 4th and 5th classes. Also, apart from the course fees, I have paid 6000 rupees for online class support to the counceller. The fee receipt is attached. However, I am not getting proper guidance and information regarding the online class as it has not been initiated till now.. Many times I called and mailed still no response
