Byju's — Regarding the cancellation of our purchased Aakash Byju's course.

We requested for the cancellation of our purchased Aakash Byju's class 9-12 foundation course within 15 days of the purchase. As we have discussed about it with Aakash senior manager he is not approving cancellation eventhough there is a provision for cancellation. He is just arguing with us pointlessly. We want the immediate cancellation of our purchased program.
