Dear Concern,
On July 3, 2022, I signed up my daughter for a Byjus learning course under the pretence of what your consultant Mr. Pranav Mesharam had discussed with us. He was well aware that my daughter was taking the IGCSE board and that we were looking for an IGCSE course. But he prevented from telling us that Byju only offers study materials for SSS, CBSE, and ICSE at the time. He gave me a three-year cost breakdown, thankful to god, I did not use my credit card to pay the full amount right away. I chose a loan with Rs.5, 000 initial payment which was done through GPAY and Rs.5, 000 monthly payments for 12 months.
Within a week after the registration I received the kit from Byjus but to my surprise it was mentioned as ICSE Kit and immediately we called on the number given on the kit informing that i have received ICSE kit at that time i was informed that Byjus do not have IGCSE course so i was shocked to hear this. Since then I have been following up with your customer care people and the guy name Mr. Pranav Mesharam for my refund and to return the kit received byju. Instead I am getting a reminder call for my first installment which is absurd. I really feel that I have been cheated by you people. My friends and relatives had warned me about Byju but I trusted the person who had come to my place and his sweet talk.
I've been following up with your customer service on the provided number for cancellation i.e [protected] for almost 20 days, as well as with the person who had come for registration.(have attached the screenshot of my follow up with your representative).
Requesting you to please cancel my registration right away and refund my hard earned money back, and pick up your kit. Was this information helpful? |
