Byju's — Request for cancel the admission

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Shreyansh Gajera, I have registered my self for 12th Science A group class in Byju's Aakash learning centre located in Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

My classes are supposed to start by now but when I have done inquiry they told me that they still do not have any Tutor and still looking to hire some hence they can not start the class.

So I asked to cancel my registration and provide refund. Now they told me that they can not do that as they do not have payment information.

I have registered through the person named Nirlay soni

I am attaching the images for payment transactions and registration number.

I have also send the email to you but no response.
Please do the needful to cancel the registration, all Mandates done by your Financial Partner and provide refund.
