Recently I got an offer from Byju's Kolkata for CTC 2.3-2.7 LPA for Business Development Executive role. I had 5+ years of experience in IT & Telecommunication and 20+ years of experience in Entrepreneurship & Academic industry. Still Byju's humiliated me with this meagre salary package. Byju's should ideally give me a package of 17-22 LPA minimum with my qualifications as B.Tech (ETE), DHRM (HR) & MBA (HR & Marketing). Byju's put a humiliating recruitment condition of field sales in home, malls, schools, food courts & society with 3 week target sales of: WEEK 1- 15, WEEK 2- 25 & WEEK 3- 25. Otherwise, employee will be terminated with no offer or appointment letter. Byju's gives harsh working conditions of working from 10AM till 8PM minimum with hours extending from 10 hours to 12 hours or sometimes 15 hours a day. I want to know if Byju's think us as horse, cow or donkey?? Such conditions are not acceptable to me and sales targets based recruitment is offcourse wrong for me. I now work in JLD Engineering & Management college (West Bengal) and I work for 7 hours from 9:50 AM to 16:50 PM with 30 mins to 45 mins tiffin break included. Who will work in Byju's under such harsh conditions where the CFO Ajay Goel is sacked or he resigned in 6 months. I am sure that if I join Byju's tomorrow, Byju's recruitment & sales team will terminate me within 4-8 days. So I hereby lodge a defamation case on Byju's and demand 10 Lakhs INR as compensation.
