Sir, I had purchased byjus tab in the year 2018-19 for my son for class 7th to 12th. I was provided with two SD cards with a tab. One card had the recorded videos of class 7th and another had recorded videos of class 8th to 10th. For class 11th and 12th SD
Card I was told that it will be provided when my son reaches class 11th according to the stream he would opt for. Now my son is in class 11th and when I called byjus
mentor they said my plan has already expired in the month of march this year.
I told them that I have plan till class 12th and have the receipt I was provided with on the time of purchase. They asked me to mail them to their support and also to their personal ID. I mailed them every day so that my mail doesn't get ignored. I am doing this for last three months and all in Vain. Upasana Kumari, Mallika Pandey, mansi Kumari, Rohit Tiwari are the seniors I had been in touch. They assured me that it will be delivered in week every time I called them, .I have all the calls recorded and mails sent to them. I was already not settisfied with the service they provided in last four years and now this kind of attitude is not acceptable.
