I didn't purchase anything from byjus. I just paid 7000 RS for upsc coaching on April 6 2023 . Then I'm not willing for their terms and conditions so I asked them to refund. my money has gone without benefits. I'm so depressed and I'm ready to get face any problem. How could they do like this? They are not ready to give their belongings without our money but we are wasting money like this kind of grievance..I will go for any extend, I want justice. I will go for legal actions against byjus, if at all not getting refund I will never entertain this.i will go for consumer court for this crisis.byjus is a big network but doing injustice to me. I trust them and I paid.now I'm depressed

I want to go with cancellation because my Daughter is too weak she did not understand by online classes, Byju's Employee was told me that I can canceled, when am not comfortable with it, but from a long time am requesting you all to cancel my byju's purchase but am not getting any response from byju's, I will tweet against this fraud.
kindly cancell this course.
