Byju's — Ssc je mechanical engineering exam prep. I am complaining here for against byju's

I purchased the ssc je course from byjus exam prep on 5 june 2022. I attend first class and the class was recorded and i can't get any link of live classes. On 7th of june i spoke to mentor and tell the issues and he said wait few days then i am waiting few days after days i can't see any changes so i have mailed again and again but they refuse me
