Byju's — Stop the EMI auto debit and refund of money

My self Tapan Kumar Kar Request ID: 33163328. I have given mail to [protected]@byjus.com since from 1 month but no response and one of your representative called me to keep sufficient balance and will auto debit. Regretfully I like to draw your kind attention that Byjus is one esteemed learning platform but such iresponse work surprising me. My request please stop the auto EMI debit system and immediately cancel the programme.

This is for your kind information and immediate action please.
