Byju's — Stopped Byju's course in between

I wan't to stop Byju's course after 4 months, since my son is having a medical problems and needs to have an operation, So. I wan't to stop deduction of EMI. any amount deducted since, won't needs to be refunded. But the customer support team is saying that, it can't be stopped in between.
Its feel like they are cheating public
