I have been given admission as my name is in the list of students who are able to get admission. It is to humbly request you to kindly cancel my admission to your prestigious Institute on the basic of my grandparents are treatments prostate biopsy, prostate MRI & grandma GALLBLADDER STONE OPERATION (Document are PDF format).
