Byjus — Subscription is Over. Now they are not giving me access to the Tablet

I have purchased their Byju's classroom program in 2021. They provided me a Tablet, which was not completely accessible by me. In December 2022, subscription is over and I asked them to unlock the Tablet. I called them in Jan 2023, Feb 2023 and Today. But still they are not giving me the password or unlocking the Tablet.

Once I submitted a complaint, but they ticked it as resolved without doing anything.
