I have subscribed byju's tutorial for my children of class LKG upto their class 12.
From company side one educational consultant mr Sachin had visited my house at Kothavalasa, showed me the product features and
informed me that the company has a free tab replacement policy every two year interval.
So based on that commitment, i agreed to subscribe and paid .
My registered mobile no is . I had contacted the custmer support many time and they said they are going to call back in 48 hours every time.
However, so far i have not seen any communication on the tab replacement aspect which was communicated to me
Hence, request to arrange to issue me the communication as per the commitment of the official representative.
