Hi, we've purchased byjus in februaray 2020 for my daughter & son studing in std 2nd & 6th ICSE board.The executive comes to our place after a phn call and convince us anyhow to buy byjus membership & when we ask him that is it possible to cancel if we won't find it helpful.He clearly mention that yes you can cancel it anytime.you will get your rest of the amount.Now when we are calling them they said that you should've cancel it with in 15 days.It's a fraud company & the sells person name was suhas arora.plz if you'll can help in anyway it would be appreciative.plz help.
