Byjus (think And Learn Private Limited) — Refund not received after cancellation intimation within 14 days of refund policy

Dear Sir,
I had enrolled my child for 03 year plan for class 4th to 06th for CBSE classes on dated 10.09.2023 by paying online transaction amount Rs.85000/-. After multiple follow ups, I was received Byjus Tablet on dated 09.10.2023. I was not satisfied with the program as per commitment and facing issues during the live classes session. Therefore, I was sent a email for refund of the amount against on dated 18.10.2023 for refund of full amount Rs. 85000/-. The intimation for refund of amount done within 09 days from the byjus tablet (learning kit) received date.
I have not received any written communication for the refund of amount. After multiple telephonic and e-mail follow ups, Byjus marketing person Ms. Rashmi (Email Id:rashmi.[protected]@byjus.com) has requested to byjus cancellation team for the refund of amount ([protected]@byjus.com) on dated 29.03.2024. Again follow up done by me for the further update but no written response received. I have received a call in May month from byjus cancellation (Mr. Tanmay) and i have explained all matter as said above but no response received for the refund of amount. after that I have received a call from Byjus grievance redressal Ms. Vranda Byjus Senior team who is listen the my problem and suggest me for alternative option but I was denied and request for refund of amount. After discussion, She requested to provide all the supporting communication on Email Id:grievance.[protected]@byjus.com to look into the matter and refund of amount. Considering positive response, I have sent e-mail on same day i.e. 05.05.2024. But again no written communication received after reminders. Therefore, I have sent e-mail communication to their higher management to address the issue and for the refund of amount Rs 85000/-.

After above communication, I have received ticket id (#"6564706") on 13.05.2024 but after customer care discussion, no update received against the ticket for the resolution of raised request for the refund of amount Rs 85000/-.
I have follow up for the refund of amount from 18.10.2023 to till date but no amount refund and also no response received from byjus team to assure the refund of amount.
Considering to above matter, i am submitting my complaint against byjus team through consumer complaint forum for the early resolution and refund of hard earn money.
