Byju's — To stop my EMI

I have taken subscription of BYJU’S but whatever they promised with me, they forget everything & not responding on calls, emails .
They r doing gud counselling later they broke their promises, this is a big scam so I requested to cancel my subscription so they cancelled & stopped all classes but my EMI amount is deducted every month so please stop all this

I also canceled my daughter's Subscription on 23rd July 2023. still, I didn't get my refund. Every time the care people say to wait for 72 Hours.
