I got a BYJU's Learning course subscription for my daughter.IT was mentioned that she got a scholarship at a discounted price.The Amount was somewhere above 1 Lakh.
I did not want to put 1 lakh plus INR because I was not sure of it. Byju's team me a EMI option for an year. (Dated Mid August)
Since there was a free trial period of 15 days, i thought of trying.I was not satisfied and I cancelled it before the completion of trial period through email (dated 28th AUG) as mentioned by their team.However On 5th of September, the EMI amount (6244 INR) was deducted from my bank account.
It has been more than 3 weeks I am sending emails and calling customer care . And getting a standard reply everyday from customer care that a Senior manager will call me by EOD. But I have never received a call from them.
Very soon, on OCT 5th, next instalment will be deducted.
Everyday 2 calls to their customer care costed me extra amount .The stress caused to me due to their pathetic customer care definitely deserves a compensation amount. Was this information helpful? |
