I am very much dissatisfy with the provided services by the Byjuse company.
as i have booked one year online classes plan for my two daughter's studying in class 8th and 4th respectively. The way i was referred about the said plan, i have not got any live classes for younger daughter right from the day i registered till this date. but i was assured to have the online live classes according to my accepted plan.When i raised this issue to the concern executive Mr, Ajay ( Vaishali Ghaziabad branch)he did not follow up the matter and directed me to the mentor. and now the mentor is asking me to submit more money as a fee for live online live classes because the said classes are not referred plan . which i was assured at the time of the live meeting with Mr. Ajay .
secondly i was assured for my elder daughter that she will be receiving home assignment practice sheet and extra material to support her study. moreover there is no follow up with the student and the parents as well.
This is a humble request that these kind of negative activities and wrong statements is going to harm your company creaditibility. I to have come with a strong reference but sorry to say the company has not given me singel satisfaction. for the same i would like to put up my request to refund me the entire amount (r 10000 online transfer+ 45thousand loan) at the earlier. Other I'll be taking the matter strictly to the higher authorty.
