On 14 jan, 16 shutdown took place at 1 am in Ballimaran area with complete blackout. Any incident can occur in such darkness. It is really sad on behalf of BSES and Delhi govt.As they have failed to control power cuts which occur any time.It is really sad to know that since 1 month, power cuts r occuring in Ballimaran area from 30 mins to almost 2 hours.
