Unauthorized withdrawal that was happened from my Debit card We already lodged a complaint in Altamount road branch on 14/ 12 /2015.
We met Shri. Ashok Macwan (branch head) and informed this matter immediately after I received multiple message of withdrawal. We also asked for a statement, but unfortunately the branch head refuses to give. We cannot understand how this withdrawal is happening without any leakage of confidential information to third parties. After we have given written complaint on 14th Dec 15 he had registered complaint after one day its on 15th Dec-15 after we have asked status of the complaint.We found really uncooperative behavior by a branch head while handling this fraud matter. Instead of giving correct resolution and feedback, people are misguiding me.
Till today after 45days we haven’t revived the details from the bank or theire is no clue about who’s withdraw our mony & no support from the bank for the same I had send the several remainder to the bank but there is no positive reply from bank. Was this information helpful? |
