I took admission to the Cadd Center (Dombivli branch) in April for the Primavera P6 course. All fees were paid in April. My course was completed in June 2023. To date, after several follow-ups, I have not received any books or my final course completion certificate. Admin Mrs. Priya from Dombivli branch refers me to discuss with Thane branch for certificate follow-up. I followed up for 2 months in the Thane branch with Mrs. Janhavi. Suddenly, after 1 day, she told me that she left her job and checked with another admin, Mrs. Sana. As of today, no one is responding to my message or call. After 2 days of delayed fees, they were asking me for late fees charges (I don't know if that is officially or for their pocket), and after 6 months, I am waiting for my certificate. I lost my good opportunities due to a delay in receiving the certificate. I want to claim my full fees back with my long-pending certificate.
