[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — bad service and rotten samosa

Coffee day jeyaram complex, hennur road, the person was abdul waiter
Had asked him americano in a normal coffe cup (Procelin) but he insists providing me a glass cup instead. Says people wid look at him serving in a procelin cup and would terminate him... Is this true if it is then it makes no sense as as far as the content of the coffe is concerned doesnt matter which cup i drink

Had given me a rotten somosa smelly and thread like substence.. I need managdment to take immediate action
