I was overcharged by ₹300 at the outlet in somajiguda, hyderabad. Your cashier served the wrong sandwich, quoted the wrong price, and refused to give me a bill. She was repeatedly arguing with me saying the boss threw it away and she showed me a random bill of a random customer from yesterday, while she couldn't retain a bill from 20 minutes ago. I asked repeatedly and she was repeatedly saying it just vanished. She and two others told me that my products were worth ₹605 for 3 simple products - cold coffee, small cappuccino and a tandoori paneer sandwich. And mind you, she gave me a wrong sandwich and a cheaper one, claiming it was the same price. I couldn't stay longer as i had to leave quickly. But i need my money's worth. The reason i couldn't talk to the manager about this is because i had other issues in mind and had to leave quickly. I choose to enter ccd out of the trust i have towards this brand, but i have been severely betrayed. How can i be refused a bill and transparency for my own order? Was this information helpful? |
