[Resolved]  Cafe Coffee Day — incorrect billing and printed bill not provided

Around 6.15pm on 26th august 2019, i went to have coffee with my mother at a ccd outlet near me home. The address of the outlet is as follows : om enclave, 59/2, bt road, kolkata, west bengal - 700002. I waited for 10 minutes for another friend of mine to arrive after which i went up to the counter to place the order. There was one male waiter and one lady at the cash register. I ordered two garlic breads first. Then the employee asked whether it is single or double cheese to which i said single. Next i ordered two cappuccino with extra cream. When asked about the total amount, she said it was 790. I paid two 500 rupee notes in cash and took the change.
When i asked for the bill, the lady said that she would send the bill over to the table. We went back, chatted for an hour, drank the coffee and was about to leave when i went back to the counter to ask for the bill again. This time there was the male waiter as the lady's shift was ending and she had gone to the changing room to change from the usual ccd issued uniform to her home clothes. It was 7.30 pm.
The male waiter at the counter said that there's been a problem with the billing machine and made up some cock and bull story. I could clearly sense that he's lying. When i demanded the hard copy bill, then he asked me to wait as the lady who has taken my order has gone to change. I waited and then the lady came back. Both of them had an intense discussion and then she wrote something and gave that to the male waiter. He came out to give me the bill and then i noticed that it was a hand written bill. There was no employee signature and no mention of name of any sort on the bill. When i pointed that out to him, he said that its really not required and gave me a lecture on how we should never lose trust on big brands like ccd.
I didn't take a look at the bill until i came back home and saw that the address mentioned was that of a different outlet (Bill attached). Secondly, the bill amount is totally wrong. We said we wanted single cheese slice on each garlic bread and she put the order for four. Also the cappuccino with extra cream price seems very wrong to me. (After going through zomato menu of the same restaurant).
Now, i want the ccd management to contact me and clarify the following:
1. Why was i not given a printed bill? I have heard that if you are not provided a bill, the coffee is free. Clarify.
2. Why was i given a hand made bill with the wrong store address?
3. Why did she charge me for double cheese slices (Two for each) when i asked her and was served only single slice?
4. I want the bill breakup with the official store menu card as a proof. It is very clear that i was overcharged.
Also, if you look closely at the bill, she initially wrote 2 cheese slices an then overwrote it and made a 4. Just another proof of the rip off. Seriously, this is so wrong! I can't imagine a renowned brand doing this.

I was contacted by the Area coach Mr. SK Tarikul Islam and he apologised on the waiter's behalf and confirmed that I was indeed cheated at the restaurant. He promised that stern action would be taken against them and also he visited them personally. After that he refunded the entire billing amount the account details I provided. The process was very smooth and I was satisfied. Thanks CCD management for caring for your customers. Hope I don't get cheated again at one of your outlets.
