[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Issue about refund

Address: Cafe Coffee Day , Hongasandra Begur Main Road, Kottapalya, Shrinidhi Ascend Hosur Road, Bangalore.

This complaint is regarding the refund which did not take place in the last 72hours.
The order at the ccd cafe was placed through the app and was cancelled by the concerned ccd employee due to unavailable items.

The payment was made through phonepe

Hello Sir/Madam,

It's been 3days since the last comment and no one has reverted back ever since.

And a total of 8 days since I have not received my refund.

I tried contacting the headquarters number as well but no one has answered.

I would request the CCD authorities to look into this matter.
And clear my refund as soon as possible.

Send them a legal notice and the file a case if they still don't act.

We have sent them a legal notice from our lawyer.

My office had a vending machine in Chennai Branch, which was removed on 29th Aug 2020, at the time of installation we had paid Rs 15000 towards security deposit .
