I purchased ccd coffee machine on 19th nov 2019 and it's in warranty. I written mail to ccd on 19th august as while making coffee, water was coming from base of orion machine. After multiple follow-up orion machine docket number 14930 created on 02nd sept for pickup of machine. I am still waiting but no pickup arrangement done. Meanwhile i reminded ccd many times with my e-mail that please arrange pickup but they are not replying my mail. Please resolve it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
