This is regarding my online order dated 13th august 2019 on shop. Cafecoffeeday.com.
I have already submitted my complaint 2 times on this forum.
1. Dated 10th september 2019
2. Dated 2nd october 2019
The email provided in reply of ccd team is invalid "[protected]@cafecoffeeday.com".
I have already given my phone number [protected] in my complaint. But ccd team is not contacting to resolve the issue.
I have also send email 3-4 times on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but they do not reply on that email.
I have called them 2-3 times on [protected] but their reply is not reliable. They told me that there is some production issue and i'll get my product by 10th of september. On 10th september i raised a complaint at this consumer complaint forum & received a call assuring me that i'll get it very soon. On 24th september i called again to know the status of my order mr. Rajendra told me that there is a production issue & if i want to cancel my order & want to get refund he'll take my request & assured me that i'll get refund within 5-7 days. Now it has been more than 11 days, i neither got product nor got refund. The coffee machine worth rs 6500/- (Approx) is waste without these capsules.
Kindly arrange refund for the capsules ordered dated[protected] & machine also as this machine worth rs 6500 (Approx) is totally waste without these capsules.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Waiting for your right action against twice ignorance of your notification.
I hope that i'll get a positive and quick solution at this consumer complaint forum.
